Avian Ecology
My research focus is on the nesting ecology
and habitat use of Swallow-tailed and Mississippi Kites in the
White River National Wildlife Refuge, Arkansas. I am
specifically investigating nest success, causes of nesting
failures and nest-site characteristics of both species as well
as quantifying home range size, and habitat use of Mississippi
Kites.
