Undergraduate Programs

 

The faculty and graduate students of the Department of Biological Sciences at Arkansas State University conduct research in a wide spectrum of fields that include, but are not limited to, molecular biology, virology, plant and animal systematics, morphology and physiology, ecology, animal behavior, evolution, conservation biology, wildlife, environmental biology and history and philosophy of science.  Research is carried out in labs using state-of-the art equipments as well as in the field in Arkansas, the United States in general and around the world, particularly in Latin America and the Caribbean.
